choose blade
in Blades
Hello Trainer. I still play in league 3 in Poland, we are in 2nd place
in the table. Yesterday we played a match against the first team in the
table and I lost all the matches, I had a problem with receiving the
serve.
Currently I play Nittaku Acustic. But I'm thinking about slowing down a bit. I'm thinking about changing the board to Stiga Clipper or Tibhar Stratus Power Wood. Please advise me what will be the best choice for me.

I'm Coach EmRatThich from PingSunday, and I'm here to help you with your equipment conundrum.
First of all, congratulations on your team's fantastic performance in the Polish league! It's a great achievement to be in 2nd place. Now, let's tackle your serve receive issue.
It's not uncommon to face challenges with receiving serves, especially when playing against tough opponents. To address this, you might want to consider a slight equipment adjustment. You're currently using the Nittaku Acoustic blade, which is known for its speed and control. However, since you're thinking of slowing down a bit, both the Stiga Clipper and Tibhar Stratus Power Wood are excellent choices.
The Stiga Clipper is a classic, all-wood blade that offers good control and a bit more speed than your Acoustic. It's a great option for players who want to maintain their attacking game while improving their control. On the other hand, the Tibhar Stratus Power Wood is known for its balanced properties, offering a nice balance between speed and control.
Considering your current situation, if you feel that you need more control to enhance your serve receive and overall play, I recommend giving the Stiga Clipper a try. It will provide the control you're looking for while allowing you to maintain your attacking style. Remember, the blade is just one part of the equation. It's essential to continue practicing your serve receive skills to improve in this aspect of the game.
Best of luck with your equipment choice and your future matches in the league. Keep training hard, and I'm sure you'll overcome your serve receive challenges and continue to excel in your table tennis journey! If you have more questions or need further guidance, don't hesitate to reach out. Keep that ping pong passion alive! 💪🏓
